1️⃣ Exchange Eligibility:

   - We only accept exchanges for items that have manufacturing defects or are damaged upon delivery.

   - Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.

   - The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all the tags attached.

 

2️⃣ Exchange Process:

   - To request an exchange, please email our customer support team at support@reddoorno3.com with your order number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and supporting photos if applicable.

   - Our team will assess your request and respond within 48 hours with further instructions.

   - If the exchange is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return the item.

 

3️⃣ Return Shipping:

   - Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is proven to be defective or damaged.

   - We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.

   - Upon completion of the exchange process, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item to be sent to you.

 

4️⃣ Non-Exchangeable Items:

   - For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel such as lingerie, underwear, swimwear, and earrings cannot be exchanged. Please ensure the correct sizing before purchasing.

 

5️⃣ Terms and Conditions:

   - All exchange requests are subject to approval and availability.

   - Items for exchange must be returned within 14 days of receiving the Return Authorization Number.

   - Exchanged items must be of equal or lesser value than the original purchase.

   - We reserve the right to deny any exchanges that do not meet the outlined conditions.
