It is important to remember that we are a "Print On Demand" business therefore, although we create the designs using AI Generated Art or Clipart/Vector Art etc... we DO NOT physically handle the products during the printing fulfillment or shipping process, with the exception of our testing samples. These samples are ordered from our Printful Partners and tested by our team for product quality to make sure we give you the best possible product. The actual printing and fulfillment is soley handled by our Printful partners.

If merchandise isn't up to standard we communicate this with our Printful Partners to see how best we can solve any issues with production quality.
